This has been a dynamite weekend. Friday we spent the evening playing together and sharing an ice cream at Jeni's in Dublin. Daddy and Mommy enjoyed the ice cream and Little Soren ate the waffle cone pieces (I sure hope this milk allergy goes away soon so he can enjoy one of the greatest pleasures in life - milk, more specifically, ice cream!).
Saturday we took our good ol' time getting ready, enjoyed the SUNSHINE, and then headed down to Sprout Soup to find some new night time diapers for Soren (see previous blog) and then home for a nap. Later we ventured out to Cracker Barrel. Daddy was convinced that it was one more exit up so we ended up going to Morrow County. Once we got turned around we enjoyed a marvelous breakfast lunch and then headed to Trader Joe's for some fun shopping with a Christmas gift certificate. More naps followed by some fun family time at home.
Sunday we were off to church or shall I say, Daddy went to church while Mommy and Little Soren played in the lobby (next week I will go to church and Daddy will play in the lobby - both are equally as fun). Had lunch with some dear friends at El Vaquero's. More naps and end the day with family time.
I so wish it was Friday night again. Oh well, I will just have to look forward to next weekend, and who knows, God may have something really good in store for us this week.
