Nothing Like Living with Sweetness

It is hard to believe that nearly two years ago my life was set to change forever. On January 8, 2009, the hubs and I were doing everything possible to keep our minds off the fact that I was not in labor, however, everyone else was keeping their mind on why weren't in labor (the joys, the joys), but our little bit came just at the right time.

Soren has grown so much in the last (almost) two years I can hardly believe it. He is so perfectly and wonderfully made. In year one, it was leaps in and beyonds with change in his physical size, ever changing motor skills, and personality. In year two, while he is still growing (a little slower thankfully), his skills and personality are constantly on the move. He is so very smart, has a lot of charm (he knows right when to turn it up full blast too), is super inquisitive, LOVES doing, doing, doing, and is full of sweetness.

As I am writing this I keep thinking of all the wonderful things he does and says, but if I listed them all I would be here the rest of today and into tomorrow, but the most important thing about Soren is that he is just who he is - perfectly and wonderfully made! (o' okay, I will have a small list of adorable saying at the bottom)

The past two years have given us so much joy and abundance of love! While I will miss them terribly as they are so fleeting, I am very excited to see what lies ahead for our family.

Here's to year THREE!

My favorite doings and sayings of Soren Christian -

"I wuv you TOOOOO"

"Hi Peaches"

"I do not know" (with hands up in the air)

"Pray, pray, pray"

Every single attempt to sing "The ABC's" and "Down By The Bay"

"Oopsie"

"It's so good!"

Soren's wonderfully perfected laundry skills

Dancing, spinning, jumping, and hopping

Soren's love for green beans, peas, and now cooked carrots (it took a while, but thank you Lord)

.......You know just about everything single thing he does!!!!!
