Soren had a difficult time going to sleep tonight. Usually we do our nightly routine and then say several 'good nights' and several 'i love yous' and he waves bye to us. Things did not go so swimmingly tonight. He started crying like a mad man after I left so I went back in thinking he might of hurt himself somehow, but no boo-boos. When I left again - many, many tears. I waited a few minutes, but he was crying inconsolably so I went back in and rocked him for about 20 minutes.
I felt bad that he was so upset, but I have to say that I loved snuggling with him cheek to cheek even when he tried to pick my nose on a few occasions. I really miss the major cuddle time. After a bit, I put him back in his crib. Crying again, but this time only for a few minutes. I think he is sound a sleep right now. Praying for a good night a head.
