Birthday 2011

Soren's birthday is right around the corner - January 17! This year we are going low key and celebrating this wonderful day at home. We are going to Utah in January and get back 3 days before his big day and the hubby starts back to work just a day or two after that so as you can see there is a lot going and a home birthday makes a little more sense for us this year.

But with all the low-keyness going on that doesn't mean it won't be fun. There will be balloons and presents and yummy cake and ice cream and fun excursion on the big day. I can't wait! I want to have little surprises all over the house that day.

I haven't decided yet, but I might make the cake this year. We don't really have any cute birthday cake places around here that I know of so I will be left to my own creativity. Yeah!!!
