This year I managed to convince my husband into Black Friday shopping! Not the crazy, get-up-at-3am-or- never-go-to-sleep-kind-of-shopping, but rather the kind where you get up and get going shopping when yourr ready. We were all dressed and on the road by 9:45am.
First stop: Mommy and Soren at Target and Daddy at Best Buy.
Second stop: The Mall! Soren was enthralled with the Santa set up (minus the Santa). Everyone was waiting in line for Santa to come out, but Soren was not going to have any of that (even though we weren't there to see Santa) - he decided to try to hop over the wall and see all the glitter and glam up close. We captured him before the workers had a tizz, but it was so cute.
Third stop: Lunch at Chick Fil-A
Fourth stop: Macy's in Upper Arlington (aka - "The Star Store" according to Soren).
We got home at 2:15pm. We didn't find a lot of great deals, but enough to have a little fun. Soren went potty in a public restroom (whoop whoop) and was a total delight the entire trip. We had such a great time hanging out together today not to mention enjoying the incredible 60 degree weather.
