Potty Time!

IT'S POTTY TIME!!!

We chose November 5, 2011 as the start of our potty season. A special weekend to bond with our 2 year old as he moves through this wonderful milestone - freedom to run free without the bulk!

We chose the 3-day potty training method.

1. Pants free all day (no leaving the house)

2. Pants free all day (one hour break from the house)

3. Pants free all day (two hour break from the house)

4. Pants when out of the house, but pants free at home

5. Work towards pants and regular use of the potty

At the end of the day we had lots of #1 success, day #2 we had #2 success, day #3 we had both #1 and #2 regularly. This method really worked for us. It is kind of cold turkey, but it was a great choice for us.

 Prize #1 - a police car with doors that open and siren that makes lots of different noises.

We are so proud of our little man. He is doing very well. I hope our future children make it this easy.
