How far along: 35 weeks
Size of the baby: About the size of a honeydew melon (almost 5.25 lbs and 18 inches long). It is getting tight in there!
Total weight gain/lost: Funny my weight seemed to come on quick and now it is slow or non-existent, but I am not complaining.
Maternity clothes: Maternity clothes for sure - is there anything beyond maternity clothes. I would love to have a pair of pants that fit my body - I keep telling myself that I only have a few more weeks and then the maternity clothes will fit better again. The hubby has been helping out with the shoes more these days.
Stretch marks: Maybe one or two new ones, but not much!
Best moments of the week: Feeling like the baby has dropped down a bit. There seems to be more room between my belly and my chest. And I finished the curtains and they are now hanging beautifully in our little man's room.
Movement: Still super active! Lots of visible movement. I am starting to feel like this baby is going to popped out of my belly button instead of my woo-hoo.
Food cravings: Not really, just enjoying my water - ice, ice, ice cold water!
Gender: It's a BOY! A baby brother!!
Labor signs: Nope, but I think I might be experiencing Braxton-Hicks this time.
Belly Button in or out: Definitely an outie - seriously, I don't think it can stretch any further.
What I miss: Having a normal, agile body.
What I am looking forward to: Holding our little one, seeing Soren hold his baby brother, and figure out how we will all settle in. Last touches on the nursery, getting the hospital and labor bags packed, and finding a middle name!
Weekly wisdom: Continuing to trust God and my body and praying for a great delivery!
Milestones: Finished making/hanging the curtains in the nursery, completed another breastfeeding class, and Daddy finished the backsplash in the kitchen.
