I start vacation on Wednesday and can't wait. I am not going anywhere exotic. I am not doing anything dreadfully exciting and I am not going to see anything life shattering. But I am going to be a full-time stay-at-home mom and do stay-at-home-mom things. We are going to go to the zoo in the middle of the day. We are going to get ice cream (maybe every day). We are going to visit my sister all day, swim (weather permitting), and play with my nieces. We are going to crawl around on the floor, build forts, play hide-and-seek, giggle, eat yummy food, maybe bake a thing or two, make dinner, take a nap, and just have fun stay at home style.
I am so glad that Soren has the priviledge of staying at home during is little years with Daddy, but I must say, that I get jealous from time to time. This will be my opportunity to drench myself in everything family - and give Daddy a little break too.
I might not post a lot, but then again I might post a lot and hopefully with lots of pictures. See you in a couple of days - maybe!
