We just renewed our membership to our local zoo. I was very excited. The zoo has been one thing that we really did get a lot of use out of. Sometimes we made a trip for couple of hours on a Saturday or a day off and sometimes we made a visit for only 30-45 minutes after I got off work just because we really needed to get out of the house. We also experienced Wildlights this year for the first time and had a blast. Yes, it was cold, but it was so fun get all bundled up and walk around outside in the cold air for an hour taking in all the beautiful lights and seeing the animals in their winter state.
My other purchase will hopefully be arriving on my doorstep in a week or so. I bought Soren an adorable pair of suspenders off Etsy. Yes, I know. The hubs nearly banned me from Etsy after my Easter purchase last year, but that is okay, I don't have to tell him where they came from. I have a few more purchases I would like to make from Etsy for my little Mister, but I want to make sure that is really what I want.
